Nick earned his real estate license in 2017 and has since guided clients through buying and selling homes across Savannah and the surrounding communities. Known for his wit, deep local roots, and extensive market knowledge, Nick has built lasting relationships that make him a trusted go-to among Savannah locals.

A Savannah native, Nick has lived in several cities but always finds his way back to the place he loves most. He and his wife, Jenny—Vice President for Admission at SCAD—are raising their son, Emmett, here. When he’s not assisting clients or managing investment properties, Nick enjoys time with family and friends, especially evenings spent at the Historic Savannah Theater, cheering on performers—including his own son, an aspiring actor and singer.
